I remember hearing a story about her birthday one year.John had decorated the entire apartment in the early morning hours at the Dakota with Gardenias - Yoko's favorite flower, so she could have the smell of gardenia's greet her when she awoke.She did. And she loved it, but reminded John that typically Gardenia's are flowers given at funerals! Ha! Gotta love it!
